
ADVISOR WORKS INTIMATE CLIENT DINNERS
Intimate Client Dinners: Intimate Client Dinners are a unique event which combines client appreciation with prospecting. For these dinners the advisor invites eight to ten of his/her top client couples to dinner at an upscale restaurant. Each couple is asked to bring another couple who they think would benefit from the services provided by the Advisor. Advisor Works will make all of the arrangements with a restaurant in the area which the Advisor prefers. The Advisor will greet each of the client couples and their guests upon arrival. Each group of four will have their own table and will select from a preselected menu with options for each course. The Advisor will circulate amongst the tables during the cocktail hour. Then all of the clients and their guests will be left to enjoy their dinners with wine. The only requirement from the clients and their guests is to listen to the Advisor do a self-introductory presentation during coffee and dessert; and then complete an evaluation of the evening. An Advisor Works representative will be available throughout the evening to ensure the event runs smoothly. Advisor Works will also follow up with each of the prospects in attendance in an attempt to set up a meeting with the Advisor.

Critical Path:
- Advisor Works will locate and select an upscale restaurant where to hold the event. (Or Advisor can select a preference)
- Advisor provides names of twenty client couples in order of preference that he would like to invite to dinner;
- Advisor Works will make arrangements with the restaurant to have an area reserved for this event set with tables for four;
- Advisor Works will work with the restaurant management to preset the menu with options for each of the courses accompanied with wine within the budget the Advisor has provided;
- Advisor Works rep will contact the couples from the list to invite them to an exclusive dinner for them and one other couple who might like to meet the advisor; Advisor Works rep will explain this is in appreciation of their business and it will be a quiet dinner for the four of them. The Advisor Works rep will start at the top of the guest list and only contact enough clients to achieve the attendance numbers the Advisor requested; Advisor Works rep will also get the names, addresses and phone numbers of the clients’ guests;
- Advisor Works rep will follow up with each of the clients and their guests to confirm their attendance;
- Advisor Works will create a questionnaire for the clients and guests in attendance to complete; the Advisor will approve this questionnaire; Advisor Works will work through the dealer compliance requirements until approval is received;
- An Advisor Works rep will attend the event to make certain everything runs smoothly; this rep will also ask each of the clients and guests in attendance to complete the questionnaire and then collect them;
- The Advisor will provide Advisor Works with some days and times when he/she could meet with the prospects who attended the dinner;
- Advisor Works rep will contact each of the guests within a week of the event to thank them for their attendance and ask if they would like to meet with the advisors;
