ADVISOR WORKS CLIENT HOLIDAY & SPECIAL EVENT CARD SERVICE
Client Holiday & Special Event Card Service: An inexpensive way to bring a smile to your clients, “touch” them again and keep yourself top of mind. Advisor Works will prepare a customized personal greeting card, birthday card, holiday card or other card on Advisor's behalf. The cards can include a hand written note (written by an AW rep) and be mailed directly to clients. The Advisor’s staff will provide Advisor Works with an excel sheet listing clients’ names and addresses, their birthdays, anniversary dates, and all holidays clients should receive a card. Advisor Works will provide a selection of cards each year from which the Advisor can select for his/her clients. Depending on the level of service contracted with Advisor Works, an Advisor Works rep can also send out sympathy cards, new birth cards, etc. In the vein of “do it for you”, Advisor Works will also send out any cards provided by the Advisor to Advisor Works. The important message to be conveyed to the client is their importance to the advisor.

- Initial Advisor Works Consultation
- Agreement for type of card and frequency. Holiday greeting cards, client birthday cards, time to book an appointment cards etc. Hand written or standard printing.
- Contact information confidentiality agreement included.
- Advisor/staff will provide excel spreadsheet client list with dates to be noted for each client.
- Advisor provides photos and message to be included on card
- Advisor Works prepares sample for proof.
- Advisor approves card for mailing.
- Advisor Works manages compliance process if required.
- Advisor Works manages printing, personal message writing, postage and mailing.
- Staff to provide a complete mailing list at start of contract with any updates (additions/deletions) monthly or as required

We even received calls to the office asking about the cards if we didn't have them out weeks before the holidays. Further when attending client meetings the cards are often up on the refrigerator or other areas in the kitchen. This is a tremendous rapport builder. Advisors can choose to have photos of family or the office team depending on preference.
