Work with Rob to develop your Company Culture Credo.
Developing a company culture credo usually takes place over 3 or more meetings over the course of about 1-2 months.
Meeting 1 – is about ½ day with the Company leaders.
In this meeting we define where the company is heading (vision) the reason for being (company purpose or mission) and specific core values (how employees behave). This process involves a whiteboard brainstorming session, where we get your ideas out on the table.
After meeting 1 – Rob will synthesize the material and deliver a draft version of the vision, mission and core values. Each core value is supported with 2-4 specific examples of how it is demonstrated.
Meeting 2 – Rob will present the draft to the team. Over the next 30 days, the team will observe the employees in action, looking for examples of the core values are lived on a day-to-day basis.
After 30 days the leadership team will evaluate the team for living the core values. If adjustments need to be made, this process is repeated until the values “ring true”
Once core values are finalized the company CEO will hold a launch meeting.
The launch meeting involves sharing the core values with the entire team. It is important to provide examples of the core values in action. Specific examples of how employees have demonstrated the core values at work.
Optional Add on Services
Custom core values interview questions– Rob will develop specific behavioral interview questions for each core value. Rob will also host a meeting to explain how to use values based interview questions to evaluate for culture fit.
